Job Responsibility

Obtaining the necessary ingredients and small equipment for food preparation
Following standard recipes and ensuring food preparation is executed according to the Club's specifications
Using safe and sanitary food handling practices
Maintaining cleanliness in workstation, including washing all crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils to the required standards
Cleaning food storage areas, managing waste, and ensuring all kitchen utensils are properly stored
Actively contributing to maintaining a safe, efficient, and hygienic kitchen environment
Assisting the chef team where needed
Participating in departmental meetings.
