Job Description

A winter season with Skibound is like no other. With over 40 years’ experience in the industry, we offer a unique ski experience to budding skiers from all over the world with school and youth groups at the heart of our business. You will be based at one of our 3 lively club hotels across 3 resorts in the French Alps, home to some of Europe’s best skiing and après - Alpe d’Huez, Les Menuires and Serre Chevalier.

Job Responsibility

Washing pots, pans, plates and cutlery
deep cleaning the kitchen area after a meal service
taking the bins out
food preparation
health and safety checks
dealing with guests queries and issues
cleaning communal areas
preparing takeaway lunches for guests
setting up the breakfast buffet

Requirements

Previous Kitchen Porter or Night Porter experience is preferred but not essential
Happy to work both day and nights shifts on a rotational pattern
Customer service experience is a bonus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Works well individually and as part of a team
Responsible
