Basic knowledge of a kitchen and eagerness to learn to develop their role (desirable but not mandatory as full training will be given)
Can follow instruction to deliver tasks to a high standard
A great communicator that manages time well
Thirst for knowledge and is a proactive question-asker
Good knife skills and knowledge of all food safety measures
Follows proper food safety and health and safety guidelines and sanitation practices following the principles of HACCP
Ensures kitchen areas and equipment are maintained to the highest possible standard
Assists in cleaning, clearing, washing within the kitchen, including deep cleaning
Take responsibility for duties which will include but will not be limited to preparation of food, stock control, portion control and minimizing wastage.

Requirements
