Job Description:

Sales Co-worker role in the Kitchen Planning team at IKEA, responsible for designing kitchen solutions, assisting customers, and maintaining the sales area.

Job Responsibility:

Designing tailored solutions to solve customers' kitchen and home furnishing needs
Actively approaching customers and advising them on best kitchen solutions
Supporting customers throughout kitchen design journey using planning software
Follow up with customers after initial planning appointment
Ensure sales area is always stocked, well-presented and correctly priced
Build strong relationships with team and other departments
Stay knowledgeable about in-store promotions and product features

Requirements:

A passion for home furnishings and a keen eye for quality
A strong customer-focused mindset

Clear and concise communication skills
A keen eye for detail
Strong problem-solving abilities
