Job Description:

Kitchen Planner position at IKEA Edmonton, responsible for meeting customers, understanding their kitchen and home furnishing needs, providing solutions, and supporting sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Be an IKEA Ambassador by understanding impact on customer experience
  • Offer solutions and answer questions related to kitchen and home furnishing needs
  • Actively approach customers to identify needs through insightful questions
  • Advise on best kitchen solutions for homes
  • Stay knowledgeable about in-store specials, delivery options, product features and benefits
  • Ensure sales floor is stocked, presentable, attractively merchandised and correctly priced
