Job Description

Kitchen Manager role for Papa John's 200-seater restaurant, leading the kitchen team and ensuring exceptional guest experience, financial performance, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the running of the kitchen
  • Lead a team of up to 10 per shift
  • Ensure guests remain the central focus of all operational decisions
  • Resource planning
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Monitor guest experience and develop action plans
  • Deliver food cost budgets through effective menu planning, cooking to standards and specification
  • Support accountability of food hygiene standards and health and safety

  • Experience in a similar level kitchen role

  • Supervises and coaches team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management
  • Ensures team members are properly trained on Brand and Company standards on an ongoing basis
  • Cascades all relevant information and maintains communication board
  • Implements new Brand campaigns and conducts new product training
