Job Responsibility:
Build respectful relationships with every member of the kitchen team while holding them accountable
Remain hands-on and eyes-on at all times in every aspect of the business
Manage high standards of service and cleanliness
Keep operations running smoothly in a very high-volume environment
Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years experience in a Full-Service Restaurant KM role in a high-volume, systems-oriented casual environment
Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships
Inventory, ordering and delivering on cost controls
Strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards is a must
