Job Responsibility:
Hire, onboard, and oversee the prep team
Stage, onboard, train, and maintain capable prep captains
Develop Sages with high standards and desire to learn
Use prep path tool to track team progress
Consistently coach and develop team members
Take ownership of prep and purchasing operations
Ensure quality control by tasting and checking all orders
Use fabrication model to assure full stocking and proper prep
Uphold daily deep cleans and train clean as you go style
Adhere to food safety guidelines and audit space
Manage purchasing and labor to optimize product availability and staffing
Develop team for operational efficiency
Follow purchase system and use declining budget to inventory properly
Manage schedules within labor template
Requirements:
