Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
Lead, train, and develop team members
Handle customer service issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with brand standards for food preparation and restaurant cleanliness
Operate restaurant equipment including registers and headsets
Support flexible scheduling and assist with other tasks as needed
Requirements:
Willingness to stand and move for most of the shift
Ability to use restaurant equipment such as registers and grills
Commitment to following brand standards and procedures
Reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally
Flexibility to work varying shifts
Enthusiasm for customer service and team leadership
Legal eligibility to work
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle customer service challenges effectively
Knowledge of food safety standards
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
