Job Responsibility

The ability to follow proper payroll and uniform procedures
The ability to provide service under the supervision of the Chief engineer, and repairs as outlined in the Technical Skills List, for plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC, and refrigeration
The ability to provide piping and plumbing repairs and maintenance to HVAC water systems, pumping systems, kitchen and associated equipment throughout the entire building
The ability to install piping for renovations, plumbing fixture additions, water distribution and associated systems, utilizing torches, welders, pipe threading equipment etc
The ability to assist in providing preventative maintenance of all Laundry equipment and updating of appropriate logs
The ability to clean all stations in Engineering and maintain a neat and organized department
