Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria is looking for a kitchen & Laundry Supervisor to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial laundry and kitchen equipment, such as washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, steamers, fryer,s and gas equipment

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial laundry and kitchen equipment such as washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, steamers, fryers and gas equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime
  • Ensure equipment is operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance with hygiene and safety standards
  • Maintain logs, service records, and equipment inventory
  • Collaborate with Laundry, Stewarding, and Culinary teams to address maintenance needs
  • Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment
  • Follow proper procedures for handling tools, chemicals, and replacement parts
  • Report major issues to the Engineering Supervisor and support emergency response efforts when required

Requirements:

  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language is highly desirable
  • Two years of Technical trade school or previous similar work experience with extensive plumbing experience
  • High School graduate
