Job Description

Support the Kitchen team in the daily operations across all culinary areas of the hotel, including food preparation, storage, hygiene standards, and service execution, in line with Four Seasons standards and procedures.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist chefs and kitchen team members in the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality according to established recipes and standards
  • Support the organization and cleanliness of kitchen stations, including proper food storage, labeling, and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations

Requirements

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
  • Attention to detail, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to multitask with excellent organizational skills
  • Fluent in Italian
