Requirements

1-3 years of hands-on installation or carpentry experience in interior home remodeling
High school diploma or equivalent
relevant certifications or vocational training in construction is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude
Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation
Familiarity with construction management software and ability to navigate applications via phone
Ability to perform physical tasks related to construction work, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
Background checks and a drug test will be performed/administered before employment

Job Responsibility

Install full range of kitchen, bathroom, and other carpentry-related products sold by the company according to plans
Ensure high-quality craftsmanship
Communicate with lead installer and team
Manage tools and equipment on-site
Keep work areas clean and organized
Assist with inventory and material handling
Follow timelines and complete tasks efficiently
Other duties as assigned and requested

High school diploma or equivalent
relevant certifications or vocational training in construction is a plus

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
Clean driving record and reliable transportation

Job Responsibility

Lead kitchen remodeling projects, including cabinet installation, refacing, and finishing
Lead full bathroom remodeling projects, including Schluter (waterproofing) and tile installation, showers and bathtubs, vanities, etc
Lead carpentry projects, including built-ins, trim/molding, fireplace surrounds, etc
Manage daily jobsite setup, workflow, and completion
Communicate with clients and ensure total satisfaction
Train and mentor installers to maintain quality and efficiency
Troubleshoot issues and implement on-site solutions
Maintain accurate records and ensure tools and materials are organized and ready
