Job Responsibility

Lead installation of residential kitchen remodeling projects
Ensure the team has all items for projects to go smoothly in advance
Check inventory one week before projects start
Ensure the team is on time and on point
Perform demolition and site preparation
Install cabinets, trim, and finish carpentry
Verify layout and field measurements
Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
Protect client homes and materials
Lead helpers or junior installers when assigned
