Are you a skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Operative? . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive on delivering a high standard of repairs and maintenance in a community-focused setting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Complete a wide variety of carpentry, plumbing, and other trade tasks at a multiskilled level
  • Ensure all work adheres to building regulations, codes of practice, or best practice
  • Ensure all works comply with relevant health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures, including the understanding of risk assessments and method statements

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ level 2, or time-served experience in either carpentry, masonry, and/or plumbing with proven competency in non-core trade
  • Demonstrable experience with a variety of carpentry and plumbing works across a variety of properties
  • Full Driving licence (clean)
