Job Description:

Kitchen Designer / Sales Representative – Ideal for Realtors & Real Estate Professionals. If you’re a licensed Realtor, real estate agent, or have experience in residential property sales, this is your opportunity to use your client relationship skills, property value expertise, and home presentation savvy to close high-value kitchen remodel projects. You’ll work with motivated homeowners ready to invest in their homes, often improving resale value — meaning shorter sales cycles, warm leads, and projects you can proudly showcase.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct in-home design consultations using a proven, needs-based sales process
  • Present remodeling solutions with digital design tools and physical samples
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals using our CRM (training provided)
  • Guide clients through the selection process with a focus on return on investment and home value enhancement
  • Collaborate with the installation team for seamless project delivery
  • Represent our brand at home shows, open houses, and real estate networking events

Requirements:

  • Licensed Realtor, real estate agent, or residential sales experience
  • Understanding of home staging, curb appeal, and value-boosting renovations
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Organized, tech-savvy, and CRM-capable
  • Professional appearance, reliable transportation, and valid driver’s license
  • Goal-oriented and driven to close high-value deals
What we offer:
  • Bonus based on performance
  • Flexible schedule
  • Opportunity for advancement
  • Training & development
  • Competitive pay with high commissions (5%–12%) + performance bonuses
  • Paid on both your direct sales and any upsells you bring in
  • Clear path to leadership roles as our business expands
  • Hybrid remote — set your own appointments, work from your home office or meet clients on-site
  • Locally owned & family-run — no corporate red tape
  • 50%+ warm leads provided (homeowners actively seeking remodeling)
  • Powerful CRM for client tracking and follow-up
  • Dedicated sales support so you can focus on relationship building and closing
  • Paid training, coaching, and an annual trip for advanced sales training from industry leaders
