Job Description

As a Kitchen Design Representative, you will specialise in designing and planning kitchens for customers across remote channels. You’ll combine creativity, technical expertise, and strong customer engagement skills to deliver tailored solutions that bring each customer’s vision to life.

Job Responsibility

  • Creating inspiring, functional kitchen designs using advanced digital planning tools
  • Guiding customers through layout planning, product selection, and colour coordination
  • Delivering a seamless and engaging end-to-end remote design experience via phone, video, and digital platforms
  • Understanding customers’ needs and translating them into complete kitchen solutions
  • Using your design expertise to recommend complementary products and enhancements
  • Staying up to date with kitchen range updates, trends, and planning tools to ensure accurate and inspiring designs

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in design, ideally within kitchen design or retail sales
  • A strong design mindset, with the ability to visualise and communicate concepts clearly
  • Experience using or willingness to learn 3D planning/design tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building trust in a virtual setting
  • Confidence navigating digital systems and working across multiple platforms
  • A customer-focused approach, with strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work independently, show initiative, and stay motivated in a hybrid-style environment
