Job Description:

We at BrewDog have one mission. We want to make other people as passionate about great craft beer as we are. Our bars are at the forefront of that mission, delivering amazing beer & customer service at all times. And now, we’re looking for a great steward/dishwasher to join our team. At BrewDog, we serve up our super popular burger and wings menu. Food quality, consistency and compliance whilst maintaining speed and cleanliness in a busy kitchen is the key to this role. You'll take pride in maintaining a clean and efficient environment in the kitchen and prep spaces! The main focus will be preparing orders in a timely manner and maintaining station prep. You’ll work alongside a crew of passionate & confident individuals, made up of the team in the kitchen, on the floor and at our corporate headquarters. All work together to make us better everyday.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintaining a clean and efficient environment in the kitchen and prep spaces
  • Preparing orders in a timely manner
  • Maintaining station prep
  • Food quality, consistency and compliance whilst maintaining speed and cleanliness in a busy kitchen

Requirements:

  • Minimum Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 21 years of age due to the sale, service, and handling of alcoholic beverages in accordance with state and company policy
  • Must have open availability for flexible scheduling
  • Must have 1 year of cooking experience on a hot line
  • Must have valid State Health Card

Nice to have:

Preferred bilingual (Spanish & English)
