Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented Kitchen Cost Coordinator to support our culinary leadership team and ensure smooth daily operations across the kitchens. This role is ideal for someone with strong culinary background, excellent administrative discipline, and the ability to collaborate effectively with chefs, purchasing, and F&B operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate daily production requirements and support schedule‑related administrative tasks
  • Assist Sous Chefs by daily fresh food orders, creating purchase orders while identifying discrepancies or missing items
  • Support receipt management processes, including ingredient review together with the Cost Controller and the Culinary teams
  • Manage the dry‑goods storeroom, monitor PAR levels, replenish stock, and ensure FIFO rotation and food‑safety standards
  • Manage kitchen operational items, including, storing, tracking and issuing
  • Follow up on incomplete or missing deliveries and request suitable product alternatives where needed, in partnership with Purchasing
  • Identify shortages, report quality issues, and ensure accurate system records for all incoming and issued products
  • Maintain strong cooperation with Purchasing, Finance, Cost Controller and all kitchen sections to ensure product availability as per operational demand and reduce organizational risk
  • Assist the Sous Chefs in verifying schedules and departmental planning

Requirements:

  • Previous Cook or Chef de Partie experience, with confidence in kitchen operations and workflows
  • Strong administrative skills, accuracy in documentation, and comfort using operational systems (MS Excel BirchStreet, Nexon, ON-track, etc.)
  • Ability to lift up to 40 kg, work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, able to build trust and maintain respectful, professional relationships across the team
  • Strong organizational mindset with the ability to recognize issues, propose solutions, and take ownership of tasks
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and alignment with Four Seasons culture and service philosophy
  • Fluency in Hungarian
