DV Hotels Group srl is looking for people to join the KITCHEN team at the 4-star Hotel HR Resort and the Hotel Continental, located in Senigallia (AN).
Job Responsibility:
Support the Chef and the Chef de Partie in the preparation of the lines and dishes
Support the kitchen and dining room in managing the buffet supplies
Carry out the basic preparations according to the instructions received
Collaborate during the service ensuring order, speed and precision
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
Check and manage assigned raw materials correctly
Comply with HACCP regulations and kitchen standards
Working as a team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
Diploma in the tourism and hotel sector
At least 2 years' experience in a similar position in similarly sized establishments or high-quality restaurants
Excellent manual skills, initiative, creativity, sense of taste and aesthetics and ability to work in a team
Knowledge of culinary techniques, product preparation and hygiene and health regulations are a fundamental requirement.

Domicile in the area is a preferential qualification.
