Job Description:

Supports the kitchen, washes and organizes dishes, keeps areas clean, and ensures hygiene and efficiency in all operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the execution of all Catering Provider responsibilities
  • Assist in receiving all deliveries from the Catering Provider
  • Aid in dishwashing tasks
  • Pre-clean and dispose of trash
  • Sanitize all dishes before using the dishwasher
  • Check for any damaged or broken items
  • Count broken items and report to the kitchen supervisor per shift
  • Dry all dishes, trays, cups, utensils, glasses, and any items used during the shift
  • Clean floors, counters, refrigerators, stoves, and maintain a clean kitchen, storage areas, and stockrooms

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in pantry, kitchen cleaning, or operational support (minimum 6 months)
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety
  • Ability to handle physical loads and fast pace
