This is a customer-facing, sales-led role where you’ll combine creativity with commercial awareness, proactively chasing opportunities and helping customers bring their ideas to life while achieving showroom sales and margin targets.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver an outstanding customer journey, from first enquiry through to final installation
Proactively generate new business, engaging with retail and trade customers and working closely with internal sales teams and BDMs
Actively follow up leads and chase opportunities to convert enquiries into sales
Manage and respond to all enquiries efficiently, within a 72-hour turnaround
Provide expert planning, product, and design advice, including site or home surveys where required
Produce accurate, inspiring designs using Winner (training provided if required)
Create clear, professional quotations using Easy quote
Manage site visits, appointments, and customer communications via the Easy quote diary system
Ensure all orders are accurate and placed in line with company procedures, using approved suppliers only
Oversee order progression and coordinate timely deliveries
Maintain a smart, welcoming, and professional showroom environment at all times
Requirements:
A strong sales mindset with a proven ability or hunger to generate new business and hit targets
A go-getter who will actively chase business, follow up leads, and maximise every opportunity
Excellent customer service and communication skills with a confident, professional approach
A natural flair for design and space planning
Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects with strong organisation and attention to detail
IT-literate, with a willingness to learn new systems and processes
Nice to have:
Previous experience in kitchen or bathroom design is advantageous, but not essential
