We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Evening Kitchen & Banquet Supervisor to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing evening food and beverage operations, preparing guest meals, assisting with banquet setup and execution. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, demonstrates leadership skills, and is willing to assist across departments to ensure exceptional guest service.
Job Responsibility
Prepare and serve evening food offerings in accordance with brand and hotel standards
Supervise evening kitchen operations and ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance
Assist with banquet and meeting room setup, service, and breakdown
Support food and beverage inventory organization and stocking
Help coordinate and oversee evening staff operations when scheduled as MOD or lead
Provide excellent guest service and respond professionally to guest needs
Crosstrain and assist in other hotel departments when operationally necessary
Maintain sanitation, safety, and health standards at all times
Assist with coverage for shifts when needed, including food & beverage roles
Ensure proper closing procedures are completed nightly
Requirements
Previous food and beverage or kitchen experience preferred
Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
Banquet setup or event experience is a plus
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods
