Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Evening Kitchen & Banquet Supervisor to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing evening food and beverage operations, preparing guest meals, assisting with banquet setup and execution. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, demonstrates leadership skills, and is willing to assist across departments to ensure exceptional guest service.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and serve evening food offerings in accordance with brand and hotel standards
  • Supervise evening kitchen operations and ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance
  • Assist with banquet and meeting room setup, service, and breakdown
  • Support food and beverage inventory organization and stocking
  • Help coordinate and oversee evening staff operations when scheduled as MOD or lead
  • Provide excellent guest service and respond professionally to guest needs
  • Crosstrain and assist in other hotel departments when operationally necessary
  • Maintain sanitation, safety, and health standards at all times
  • Assist with coverage for shifts when needed, including food & beverage roles
  • Ensure proper closing procedures are completed nightly

Requirements

  • Previous food and beverage or kitchen experience preferred
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Banquet setup or event experience is a plus
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods
  • Dependable, flexible, and self-motivated
