Kitchen Assistant

• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and allergen awareness in line with legislation and hotel policies
• Support the kitchen team in preventing cross-contamination and ensuring all food preparation areas meet required safety and cleanliness standards
• Work closely with the kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to support daily operations
• Assist chefs and colleagues to ensure efficient service and contribute to delivering a positive dining experience for all guests
• Take pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment
• Follow all procedures when assisting with food preparation, cleaning equipment, organising stock, and preparing workstations in line with hotel standards

• Prior experience in a similar role may be beneficial but not essential as full on the job training will be provided
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Additional language proficiency is a bonus
• A drive to work as part of a team to exceed expectations and promote the hotels brand and services
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as our hotel operates 24/7
