Kitchen Assistant

• Making pizza's, sides and deserts delivering high quality products
• Receiving deliveries, checking stock for quality and expiry dates, and storing items correctly
• Rotating stock to maintain freshness and support waste reduction
• Keeping the kitchen clean and hygienic, including appliances, ovens, work surfaces, and dishes
• Supporting basic food preparation tasks as directed by senior chefs
• Communicating clearly with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Reporting any suspected weaknesses or breaches in the company's information systems
• Upholding all safeguarding, health & safety, and hygiene responsibilities to protect guests and colleagues

• The ability to work well in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure kitchen
• Good manual dexterity and basic food preparation skills
• A positive, energetic approach and commitment to great service
• Strong communication skills and a team‑player mindset
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
• Food Hygiene Level 2 - or the willingness to complete training with our support
