Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the kitchen team in delivering a positive and memorable dining experience for guests
  • Ensuring all crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are cleaned to the required standard
  • Supporting with basic food preparation when required during busy service periods
  • Supporting chefs by collecting ingredients, equipment or materials as needed
  • Receiving deliveries and ensuring all items are stored safely, correctly and in an organised way
  • Maintaining storage areas so that ingredients and materials are easy to access
  • Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and ready for service, including end-of-day cleaning
  • Removing waste promptly
  • Using cleaning materials and equipment safely and responsibly
  • Following all health, safety and food hygiene standards at all times.
