Job Description:

Join one of the UK's leading hospitality businesses as a Kitchen Assistant. In this back of house role you'll maintain kitchen cleanliness, washing dishes, and cleaning food preparation areas. You'll make sure our line chef's have everything they need to create our delicious food for our guests. Collaboration is essential reporting issues promptly and supporting team members to create unforgettable guest experiences. You're someone who will provide vital support, no matter what time you're working, airport shifts can start as early as 3am. Early starts mean early finishes!

Job Responsibility:

Maintain kitchen cleanliness
Wash dishes
Clean food preparation areas
Make sure line chef's have everything they need to create delicious food
Report issues promptly
Support team members to create unforgettable guest experiences

Requirements:

Great people skills
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment
Flexibility in hours, airport shifts can start at 3am
Be able to provide a 5 year work/education/personal reference history
Undertake a criminal record check
