Job Description:

Our Food & Beverage Team helps to deliver delicious food experiences for our Theme Park and Resorts guests every day during their visit. We are looking for experienced kitchen Assistants to work in our Fish and Chips, Sootys Diner, and Buddy’s Picnic Basket outlets. It is expected that you’ll deliver service to the highest standard, ensuring we exceed the expectations of all our guests through preparation, production, and service. The kitchen is a fast-paced environment where speed, quality, and teamwork are essential.

Job Responsibility:

Preparing food for outlets
daily cleaning of kitchen and preparation areas
actively seek ways to keep wastage at a minimum
putting away deliveries and stock
deliver service to the highest standard, ensuring we exceed the expectations of all our guests through preparation, production, and service

Requirements:

Proof of right to work in the UK (birth certificate or passport)
contact details of a reference
previous experience working in a kitchen is necessary
a passion for customer service and a great attitude towards learning new things is a must
willingness to undertake Health and Safety training and assessments

Nice to have:

Previous experience in working in either a Fish and Chips shop or Fast-Food environment is desirable
level 1 or 2 Food Hygiene qualifications
