Job Responsibility

Perform regular maintenance checks on kitchen and laundry equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation
Diagnose and repair faults in various appliances, including ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, washing machines, and dryers
Install new kitchen and laundry equipment as required
Conduct safety inspections and ensure all equipment meets health and safety standards
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts
Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and minimise equipment downtime
Collaborate with kitchen and laundry staff to address their equipment-related concerns
Stay updated on the latest technologies and maintenance techniques in kitchen and laundry equipment
Adhere to local regulations and standards specific to Phu Quoc, Vietnam
