Job Description:

Are you an early riser with a passion for fresh food? We’re looking for a Kitchen All Rounder to join our team at The Station Grocer, Goonellabah. This is a casual role with 3-4 shifts per week, including weekends. Kitchen Shift times: 4.30am–11am. Roster: 3-4 shifts per week including weekends.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and assemble fresh sandwiches, rolls, wraps, baguettes, and salads
  • Cook breakfast and hot food items on the grill/deep fryer
  • Keep the kitchen area clean, organised, and food-safe at all times
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment

Requirements:

  • Previous kitchen, food prep experience
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
  • Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain one during onboarding)
  • Team player with a reliable, positive attitude
  • Available for early mornings and weekends
