Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or food prep role (preferred)
Ability to multitask and work quickly without compromising quality
Strong attention to detail and pride in food presentation
Reliable, punctual, and able to handle early morning starts
Comfortable working independently while supporting the wider team
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Responsibility

Complete all food preparation, including slicing meats and vegetables
Cook, grill, heat, and fry menu items to required standards
Assemble menu items including breakfast offerings, rolls, wraps, baguettes, and sandwiches
Prepare and display food in display fridges and ovens
Rotate stock and monitor food quality and freshness
Store, handle, label, and date food in line with Australian Food Safety Standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen at all times
Work efficiently to deliver consistent quality during busy periods
