Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and capable Kitchen All Rounder to join our food team. This role is suited to someone who enjoys fast-paced food prep, takes pride in consistency and presentation, and can work efficiently during early morning service.

Job Responsibility

  • Complete all food preparation, including slicing meats and vegetables
  • Cook, grill, heat, and fry menu items to required standards
  • Assemble menu items including breakfast offerings, rolls, wraps, baguettes, and sandwiches
  • Prepare and display food in display fridges and ovens
  • Rotate stock and monitor food quality and freshness
  • Store, handle, label, and date food in line with Australian Food Safety Standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen at all times
  • Work efficiently to deliver consistent quality during busy periods

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or food prep role (preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and work quickly without compromising quality
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in food presentation
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to handle early morning starts
  • Comfortable working independently while supporting the wider team
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
