Job Description:

The Kitchen Admin role involves administrative tasks such as managing communication tools, supporting management in employee-related tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. You will also provide excellent guest service and maintain positive working relationships with team members.

Job Responsibility:

  • Receive and distribute incoming faxes
  • maintain office equipment

Requirements:

  • Receive and distribute incoming faxes
  • keep office equipment in working order and contact service representatives as needed
  • transmit information or documents using a computer, mail, or facsimile machine
  • enter and retrieve information in computer databases
  • operate standard office equipment other than computers
  • assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees
  • serve as a role model
  • welcome and acknowledge all guests
  • anticipate and address guests’ service needs
  • assist individuals with disabilities
  • answer guest questions regarding property services and features
  • prepare and review written documents accurately
  • answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
  • move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.

  • Previous experience in similar roles

  • familiarity with Marriott standards or similar hospitality chains.
