Kit Studios is Kit’s in-house creator studio space where creators can record high-quality podcasts and video content in a professional production environment, free for creators on our Creator and Creator Pro plans. As a Kit Studios Coordinator + Operations Manager, you’ll manage our Boise Podcast studio, where creators come to produce content for their creator businesses. As Kit grows its studio footprint, we need someone who can ensure every creator who walks through the door has an excellent experience—while also building the operational backbone that helps all our studios run smoothly (Boise, Chicago, and NYC). This role splits time between hands-on studio coverage in Boise (greeting creators, managing bookings, troubleshooting technical issues) and cross-studio operations (owning backend systems, supporting other coordinators, tightening processes). You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day studio ops.
