We are looking for a self-organised and customer service oriented person to be responsible for running a high-quality on-site equipment loan service, assisting with the planning, preparation and distribution of equipment and related consumables.

Job Responsibility:

  • Running a high-quality on-site equipment loan service
  • Assisting with the planning, preparation and distribution of equipment and related consumables
  • Administrating the related online system
  • Inventorying resources
  • Organizing daily intakes and outgoings
  • Liaising with the technical coordinator to ensure timely maintenance and servicing

Requirements:

  • Ability to provide an inclusive and welcoming student experience
  • Good solid background knowledge of general equipment related to creative computing, audio-visual applications, art, design and exhibitions
  • Ability to provide advice and support on equipment to students
  • Ability to be part of a team contributing to the planning of new equipment and expenditure
  • Ability to handle manual handling and moving of equipment, including lifting heavy items such as lighting kits and photo/video equipment
  • Self-organised
