Job Responsibility:
Research and Audience Growth: Designing surveys to gain deeper insights into a client's fanbase, such as understanding their interests, hobbies, or databases' demographics
Surveys can also be used and distributed after events or match days to gauge customer satisfaction, with specific focus on areas like facilities, food, and drink
Campaign Planning and Management: Developing and managing campaigns for clients
Generate insights reports
Highlighting areas for improvement in the client’s marketing strategy
Data Management and Data Analytics: Diving deep into an event/match for key insights, such as: ticket sales, demographics and purchaser data
Uncovering trends in data to tell stories
