Job Responsibility:
Curriculum Engagement coordinate and develop individual learning plans and participate in creating inviting and engaging learning spaces that encourages a child’s love for learning
Team Support: Collaborate with dedicated professionals to create a welcoming learning environment that values every community member's voice and prioritises high staff-to-child ratios
Professional Development: Commit to continuous learning, sharing new insights with the team to ensure exemplary early childhood practice
Family Engagement: Establish open communication with parents, assisting families as they transition into MLC Kindle, and supporting them in their parenting journey
Collaboration: Engage with staff across MLC, from Junior School to specialist areas like Music and Gymnastics, creating opportunities for children to explore varied activities
Requirements:
Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent Early Childhood qualification
Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and Reggio Emilia philosophy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with children, families, and colleagues
Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proactive and organised approach
Administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and general computer literacy
