Kindle Admissions Consultant

• Provide warm, responsive and professional customer service to prospective families
• Respond to enquiries and manage applications with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Confidently communicate the MLC Kindle educational experience and enrolment processes
• Support campus tours, open mornings and enrolment events
• Maintain accurate records across CRM and student management systems
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the College to ensure a connected and positive family experience

• Experience in a customer-facing role where professionalism, accuracy and relationship management were important
• A genuine commitment to high-quality customer service
• Strong attention to detail and confidence in managing multiple processes
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence using CRM and student management systems
• Sound judgement, discretion and professionalism when working with families
• A good understanding of the early learning environment, gained through professional or personal experience (for example, as a parent or through previous ELC roles)
• Familiarity with independent school culture and early learning enrolment cycles is important
