MLC is seeking a part-time Early Learning Admissions Consultant (0.5 FTE), with flexibility in how days are structured, to support families through their enrolment journey and represent the distinctive MLC Kindle experience. This is a 12-month, fixed-term maternity leave contract, commencing in March/April, providing continuity of service for families and the Admissions team.
Job Responsibility:
Provide warm, responsive and professional customer service to prospective families
Respond to enquiries and manage applications with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Confidently communicate the MLC Kindle educational experience and enrolment processes
Support campus tours, open mornings and enrolment events
Maintain accurate records across CRM and student management systems
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the College to ensure a connected and positive family experience
Requirements:
Experience in a customer-facing role where professionalism, accuracy and relationship management were important
A genuine commitment to high-quality customer service
Strong attention to detail and confidence in managing multiple processes
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Confidence using CRM and student management systems
Sound judgement, discretion and professionalism when working with families
A good understanding of the early learning environment, gained through professional or personal experience (for example, as a parent or through previous ELC roles)
Familiarity with independent school culture and early learning enrolment cycles is important
