Job Description:

This Primary College creates a natural, exciting, balanced, and inspiring learning environment for all of its students and staff. The role is part-time, on a temporary contract running from April 2025 to January 2026. Salary range is stated as AUD $80,000-$105,000 annually, plus benefits including relocation support and rental assistance.

Job Responsibility:

Design and deliver engaging lesson plans
Assess and monitor students’ progress
Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching strategies
Foster a safe and inspiring learning environment
Engage parents and the school community in student development.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field
Proven experience as a teacher, ideally in early education
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for teaching and nurturing young minds
Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.

Nice to have:

Experience with innovative teaching methodologies
Familiarity with Australian curriculum standards
Ability to integrate technology into the classroom.
