Kindergarten Inclusion Support Specialist Consultant

• Helping Educators provide inclusive kindergarten programs that meet the diverse needs of all children
• Building on the educators' existing knowledge and skills
• fostering strong partnerships among Educators, families, and other professionals
• Being there for Early Childhood Teachers, boosting their confidence and skills to adapt programs effectively and encourage meaningful participation from all children
• Consulting with Educators and may include providing resources, observing classrooms with thoughtful feedback, linking to professional development opportunities, and offering personalised coaching

• A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent, with additional qualifications in Special Education highly regarded
• A current Victorian driver licence to support travel across early childhood settings
• Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF)
• Knowledge of inclusion barriers in kindergarten settings, with strategies and practices to support diverse learning needs
