Job Description

Bring your data entry experience + Excel skills & work in an organisation doing good. Part-time max-term role to 30 June 2027, 45.6 hours per fortnight. Based in Broadmeadows office + hybrid WFH. If you’re experienced in data entry, administration and Excel—or you’re currently studying business or finance and looking to build real-world experience—we have a fantastic opportunity for you. Join the team behind the scenes of our Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) program. This role plays a vital part in keeping things running smoothly for a service that supports children of all abilities. You’ll be a go-to person for timesheet coordination, data tracking, invoice processing and general admin tasks, helping a dedicated team focus on what they do best. It’s a maximum-term part time role to 30 June 2027, 3 days per week. We offer a hybrid (WFH) and a flexible work environment and can set you up to work remotely, with at least one day per week based in our Broadmeadows office.
