Experience coaching kids ages 15mo-11 years
Experience talking to and educating parents
Excellent public speaking skills
Ability to sell memberships to children/parents in your classes
Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
CPR certified (or ability to get certified)
Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
Desire to help kids improve in brain, physical and character development
Strong desire to develop as a professional coach

Job Responsibility

Coach classes to kids ages walking - 11 years old using our science-based curriculum
Have availability to coach classes on weekday evenings and weekend mornings
Prepare for class by reviewing the class roster and become familiar with each child's individual needs
Work with the rest of the team to keep the class floor and equipment clean, safe, and in working order
Bring a positive attitude and high energy to every class to provide the best possible environment for the kids
Option to coach camps throughout the summer and around 'days off' of school

Job Responsibility

As a Mobile Associate, you will consistently leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and the onboarding process.
