The KidStrong Sales Associate plays a crucial role in connecting with potential members and driving membership growth at KidStrong Eagan. A successful KidStrong Sales Associate has knowledge and skills in lead management, selling, and closing, and will be responsible for executing all aspects of the sales process. Job Responsibility:
Community Building: Enthusiastically greet members (parents and children) upon arrival to KidStrong
Welcome members coming in for first trial class, show them around, and help them prepare for class
Sales: Answer questions, overcome objections, and go over membership options with potential members both in-person and over the phone with the ultimate goal of selling a membership
Guide new members through the enrollment and onboarding process
Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with potential members via phone and text to promote KidStrong programs and membership opportunities
Utilize scripts and marketing materials provided to effectively communicate the benefits of KidStrong membership
Lead Management: Provide accurate and timely information to potential members about membership options, pricing, and program details
Follow up with leads to answer questions, address concerns, and close sales
Communicate with center leadership on status of leads, joins and Trials to make sure families have a great experience
Sales Performance and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and member interactions using CRM software
Collaborate with center leadership on solutions to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport in person, over the phone and via text messaging with a high-degree of professionalism in all interactions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads and sales processes simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in the fitness or education industry, particularly with children's programs
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies for membership-based businesses
