Proven experience in management roles, preferably in the fitness or child development industry
Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for child development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with families and staff
Ability to analyze data (KPI's) and make informed decisions to drive success
Relevant certifications in coaching, fitness, or child education are a plus
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibility

Oversee daily operations of KidStrong facilities in the Edmonton area
Develop and implement strategies to enhance program delivery and customer satisfaction
Lead and mentor a team of General Managers and staff to ensure high-quality experiences
Manage budgets, sales targets, and financial performance of each location
Build strong relationships with parents and community partners to promote KidStrong
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
Organize and participate in community events to increase brand visibility
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all locations
