KidStrong Coach

• Lead and facilitate KidStrong classes using the established curriculum
• Engage and communicate effectively with parents to educate them on the KidStrong methodology
• Create a positive, high-energy environment that motivates and encourages children
• Ensure safety and proper form in all physical activities and exercises
• Support and contribute to team culture, assisting fellow coaches and leadership as needed
• Maintain classroom structure and discipline to promote a constructive learning experience
• Adhere to all KidStrong policies and procedures

• Prior coaching or teaching experience with young children (ages 15 months – 8 years)
• Background in athletics, fitness, early childhood education, or pediatric OT/PT preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage both children and parents effectively
• A positive, energetic, and motivating presence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Standard First Aid & CPR-C Certification
• Vulnerable Sector Check
• KidStrong Coach Certification (provided upon hire)
