Job Description:

KidStrong is a science-based kids training program that builds strong, confident, high-character kids. We do this in weekly, 45 minute developmentally-appropriate classes. Each class includes unique science-based fitness games led by highly trained, kid-focused coaches.

Job Responsibility:

Coaching children on cognitive, physical and character development that stems from evolving weekly curriculum
Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding 'the why' behind KidStrong curriculum

Requirements:

Must be 18 or older
Passion for working with children is non-negotiable
Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age is preferred
Prior experience speaking to and educating parents on KidStrong curriculum
Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
CPR certified
Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
Self-starter who just gets a job done

Nice to have:

If you enjoy the spotlight, this position was meant for you
Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT is a plus, but not required
