Job Description

KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals. As a Coach, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering our dynamic curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

Job Responsibility

  • Coach Like a Pro: Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
  • Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair
  • Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills
  • Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class
  • Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time
  • Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong
  • Master of all: Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for
  • Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives
  • Clean & Green: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center

  • Coach classes for students with age groups ranging from walking to 11 years-old
  • Create positive interactions with students and families before, during, and after class
  • Maintain dynamic, fun, motivational. and professional demeanor when leading class
  • Demonstrate and manage the implementation of various programming and curriculum elements
  • Use the KS Coaches App to record data and provide data (attendance, awards, etc.)
  • Communicate professionally with co-workers in Slack, including periodic checks of messages when not in centers
  • Coaches must have availability of a minimum of 6 hours per week
