Job Description:

KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.

Job Responsibility:

Coach Like a Pro: Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair
Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills
Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class
Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time
Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong
Master of all: Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for
Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives
Clean & Green: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center

Requirements:

Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children
Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old
Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians
Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class
Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
CPR Certified: Or Willingness to get it. Safety First!
Command Presence: Set the bar high and speak with authority
Passionate: Strong love for coaching
Mentor: Form deep relationships with KidStrong families
Performer: Fun, likable, and a joy to be around
Professional: Strives for consistent excellence
Teacher: Communicate with knowledge of our programming
