Job Responsibility

  • Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class – you’re the reason they love KidStrong!
  • Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time.

  • Master of all: Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for
  • Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives.

Requirements

  • Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children.
  • Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old.
  • Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians.
  • Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.
  • Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CPR Certified: Or Willingness to get it.

  • Documents effectively resulting in no technical or clinical denials subsequent to review of documentation by payers
  • Maintain effective communication between staff, healthcare team members and family. Serve as a resource consultant for clinical staff
