Job Description:

KidStrong is a science-based kids training program that builds strong, confident, high-character kids. We do this in weekly, 45 minute developmentally-appropriate classes. Each class includes unique science-based fitness games led by highly trained, kid-focused coaches. The KidStrong Camp Coach would focus on coaching children on cognitive, physical and character development that stems from evolving weekly curriculum. Our camps run weekdays 8am - 3:30p when local schools are out.

Requirements:

  • Must be 16 or older
  • Passion for working with children is non-negotiable
  • Professionalism is a non-negotiable
  • Prior experience coaching camps with students within the appropriate KidStrong age is preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
  • CPR certified
  • Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-starter who just gets a job done
