Non required. If you love working with kids, we will train you!
Previous experience as a lifeguard, youth coach, camp counselor, or childcare provider
Current Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications are required
Strong communication skills and the ability to pass a background check
Ability to swim 80' free style
High school diploma or GED preferred

Job Responsibility

Provide high-quality swim instruction based on our proven curriculum
Enforce pool rules, prevent accidents, and maintain a safe environment
Act as a brand ambassador, giving parents regular updates on their child’s progress and 'small wins'

Job Responsibility

Instruct and Coach: Teach swimming techniques with a focus on safety and skill development, keeping lessons engaging and enjoyable.
Assess and Adapt: Evaluate each student’s progress and tailor your teaching methods to fit their unique needs.
Create a Safe Environment: Keep an eye on participants to ensure everyone is safe and having fun during lessons.
